About the job Customer Service Representative

Job Scope:
  • Agent has to take order details, check up order and uniform the customer regarding the order status.
  • Agent will be assigned to change status of the order, void the order, change the address and make adjustments to the order.
  • For Complicated or rude customers, agent has to calm them down and divert them to our customer support via email.

Basically for the starting phase the agent will act as a buffer and work on calming the clients and forwarding them to our ticketing, and only handle time sensitive tickets such as holding orders, cancelling orders or changing the address of the customer. Assuring the customer does not do a charge back etc.

Qualifications:
  • Availability for Graveyard Shift to support U>S Time Zones Mon-Sunday
  • Excellent English Communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • College Graduate - I.T or Business related
  • 2 years call agent centre BPO experience
  • Rpm typing speed
