Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving team goals.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support team members, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to perform their duties effectively
Regularly evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to foster professional growth
Collaborate with team members to set achievable goals and develop strategies to meet those goals
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and project status to upper management
Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
