Position Title: Intake & Client Services Coordinator

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Intake, Administrative & On-Call Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for prospective clients, referral partners, caregivers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless intake processing, administrative coordination, and after-hours support

What You’ll Do:

Intake & Sales Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries via phone, email, or referral sources.

  • Conduct initial client intake, gather required information, and assess service needs.

  • Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to confirm service availability.

  • Prepare and process intake documentation, including service agreements and required forms.

  • Support sales efforts by following up on inquiries, referrals, and pending intakes.

  • Maintain accurate intake records and CRM tools.


Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to support office operations.

  • Maintain organized and accurate client, caregiver, and franchise records.

  • Assist with scheduling coordination, documentation tracking, and internal reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, and franchise requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, franchise leadership, and corporate partners.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written) is required.

  • Experience in sales, sales support, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of healthcare, home health, or medical field concepts.

  • Experience in home health, healthcare administration, or customer service is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Comfort with phone-based intake, documentation, and follow-up.

  • Proficiency in basic office software and healthcare systems (CRM, EMR, scheduling tools).

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

  • Prior home health franchise experience (preferred but not required).

  • Intake, admissions, or healthcare sales background.

  • On-call or after-hours healthcare support experience.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
