Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Vice President (VP of Operations). This individual will be responsible for the overall financial health and strategic financial direction of the company, encompassing financial planning, analysis, reporting, controls, tax, and risk management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the, and a proven track record of driving financial accounting and budgeting performance along with supporting strategic growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Financial leadership and direction
Set and execute company-wide financial strategy aligned to growth plans
Act as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and executive team
Translate business goals into clear financial targets and execution plans
- Financial planning and performance
Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
Track performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods
Lead margin analysis by client, service line, and headcount
Drive cost discipline and pricing insight across the BPO model
- Operational finance for BPO
Own unit economics such as cost per FTE, utilization, gross margin, and contribution margin
Monitor FX exposure and cross-border client revenue impact.
Partner with operations on workforce planning and scalability.
- Reporting, controls, and governance
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements
Maintain strong internal controls across accounting, payroll, and disbursements
Lead audit readiness and statutory compliance
Ensure clean handover and continuity of financial governance
- Cash, treasury, and risk
Own cash flow planning and working capital management
Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and liquidity planning
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation actions
- Tax and compliance
Oversee tax planning and compliance across relevant jurisdictions
Coordinate with external advisors on filings and risk exposure
- Systems and infrastructure
Own finance systems, accounting platforms, and payroll tools.
Drive automation, accuracy, and scale readiness.
Ensure data integrity for decision-making.

Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
Set clear standards for accountability and performance
- Stakeholder management
Serve as primary finance contact for investors, banks, and key partners.
Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, or capital decisions as required.

Predictable cash flow and margin control
On-time, accurate reporting
Clear financial insight for executive decisions
Stable finance operations during and after leadership transition
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
Proven track record of success in a CFO or similar senior financial role
Deep understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal controls
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in building and managing high-performing teams
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
