Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO, Tony Cho. This role requires someone who is an AI native, technologically adept, and capable of managing both executive-level administrative tasks and high-level operational functions. The ideal candidate will bring structure, innovation, and foresight to help drive the organization’s mission of regenerative development and placemaking.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Tony Cho’s calendar, scheduling, and communications (email follow-ups, meeting coordination, task prioritization).

  • Provide strategic operational support, ensuring alignment across multiple projects and initiatives.

  • Assist with business development activities, including proposal follow-ups, research, and project documentation.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Serve as the organizational anchor, helping execute key initiatives on behalf of the CEO.

  • Oversee all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transport; must be adept at finding travel discounts, leveraging AMEX Platinum travel benefits, and applying travel hacks for cost efficiency.

  • Support fundraising efforts by coordinating with investors, preparing materials, and managing investor relations and communications.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

  • At least 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Manager.

  • AI native mindset proficient in tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, or equivalent workflow automation tools.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and execute tasks with minimal direction.

  • Experience working in social impact, sustainability, or regenerative development organizations is a plus.

  • Tech-savvy and solution-oriented

  • Highly organized and proactive

  • Mission-driven and aligned with regenerative principles

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, global, remote work environment
