Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor and verify daily property listings, update deal stages and records in Zoho, coordinate with account managers to resolve data gaps, and generate accurate reports. This role ensures data integrity through regular system checks, reconciliations, and efficient inbox management.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor daily property listings across major real estate websites and verify deal status against internal records for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with the Account Manager to clarify incomplete deal details and ensure proper tracking and monitoring.
Update property deal stages, dates, and URL links in Zoho, including attaching PDF links for properties under offer.
Generate and distribute daily and periodic reports to relevant stakeholders, and reconcile under offer, unconditional, withdrawn, and auction-related updates across systems.
Perform regular system checks and maintenance tasks, including URL validation, email verification, EasyTrack updates, and monthly usage report filtering.
Manage email inboxes
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service and administrative support roles
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho or similar platforms
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and other related tech tools
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate high attention to detail
Proficiency in working with numbers and numerical data
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good interpersonal and multitasking abilities
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
