Quick Rundown:

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager (US Sales) with 4+ years in lead gen or appointment setting, strong leadership skills, and expertise in CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, Monday.com) and diallers (Zoho CRM dialer, APN). You will oversee daily operations, coach the team, track KPIs, and ensure delivery of high-quality, sales-ready leads.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation specialists to consistently meet KPIs and monthly targets

  • Oversee daily outbound campaigns using Zoho CRM dialer and APN systems

  • Ensure accurate CRM data entry and management across Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, Monday.com

  • Develop and refine call scripts, lead qualification processes, and workflows for higher conversion rates

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, deliver actionable coaching, and implement targeted training programs

  • Analyze performance data, prepare weekly/monthly reports in MS Excel, and present findings to management

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

  • Handle escalations, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain compliance with quality standards


What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Proficiency with CRM tools: Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, Monday.com.

  • Background in B2B lead generation

  • Knowledge of sales funnel management and pipeline optimization

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

  • Experience with dialler systems: Zoho CRM dialer, APN

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for analysis and reporting

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation targets

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills

  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills
