Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant Sales Support to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting sales operations by serving as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and driven to help the sales team achieve its growth goals.


What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers, documenting requirements and service details accurately.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.

  • Qualify new leads, capture service needs, and coordinate with internal staff for timely follow-up.

  • Manage the client scheduling system, including booking appointments, consultations, and service delivery windows.

  • Conduct outbound campaigns targeting property managers, building owners, and businesses to promote client’s cleaning services and generate new accounts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system with all customer and lead information.

  • Support outbound follow-up efforts to confirm bookings and reduce cancellations.

  • Prepare and submit daily activity logs and weekly performance reports for leadership review.

  • Serve as a first-line contact for sales-related activities, escalating complex or high-value opportunities when necessary.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar sales support role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under minimal supervision

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement

  • Experience in customer service, lead generation, or outbound calling is a plus
