Position Title: Customer Care Specialist

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

The Customer Care Manager is responsible for scheduling all field staff, managing all touch-points (field staff, care recipient and family caregiver) and client care standards, and ensuring the branch meets or exceeds inquiry conversion goals.


What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality client care and ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Manage client inquiries, scheduling, and service agreements to maximize conversions and client satisfaction

  • Coordinate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and field staff to ensure care plans are followed and clients receive consistent, compatible support

  • Oversee client and employee touchpoints, surveys, and feedback to maintain top service standards

  • Handle administrative tasks: calls, filing, documentation, compliance checks, scheduling, and use of business systems (ABS, Workbright, Monday.com)

  • Collaborate with recruiters to hire, onboard, and maintain a qualified employee bench; support staff scheduling and case assignments with minimal overtime

  • Ensure staff compliance with certifications, background checks, and state/federal requirements

  • Support training, coaching, and performance management for employees

  • Provide on-call updates, manage staff absences, and ensure 24/7 care coverage

  • Maintain accurate reporting, timesheets, and documentation to support operations and client care


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Customer Care Manager and/or managing customer service within a healthcare office setting

  • MA, LPN, RN, EMT certified or equivalent preferred but not required

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations

  • Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills
