Position Description:

Position Title: Telemarketing Agent (Inbound)

Classification: Agent

Salary Grade: 25000 - 40000 Peso / month

Reports To: Account Manager

Primary Relationships: Account Manager

Date(s): March 2021

Background:

Explaining products and product prices. Answering customer information about products, a charity, or political beliefs. Obtaining customer information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services. Following up on previous customers for potential sales.

Schedule:

  • Must feel comfortable working US business hours (graveyard shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue
  • Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers
  • Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
  • Update the company database by inputting information from each call customers
  • Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for products
  • Manage and attend to incoming customers calls and scheduling

Requirements:
