Position Description:


Position Title:  Website Design Coordinator

Classification:  Assistant

Salary Grade:  20000 - 25000 Peso / month

Reports To:  Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships:  Client Team

Date(s):  January - February 2021


Background:

One of our clients in the UK is looking for a Website Design Coordinator.  You will collaborate directly with the owner of the company and their internal staff.

As a Website Design Coordinator, you will help customers in the most critical stages of the website design process by ensuring that their content is input properly.  About 70% of your position involves planning, execution, attention to detail, and phenomenal customer service skills.  Your coordination abilities will need to be top notch.  This is a hands-on role where you will be trained through our systems and processes - at all times you will have support to ensure you’re delivering the standard of dedication to client service that we are known for.    

In order to do this position properly you should understand website interfaces and be digitally savvy.  You do not have to be a web developer, but basic knowledge of websites is helpful.  Excellent communication with our customers is the key!  Exceptional service is at the heart of our company, and this comes down to how we communicate with our customers and strive for excellence.  We are looking for a candidate with an amazing personality, strong willingness to learn, and incredible work ethic.

Main Roles:

  • Coordinating content for websites for our clients

  • Uploading content through a WordPress system

  • Following our quality control processes

Schedule:

  • Must feel comfortable working U.K. business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Extreme accuracy and attention to detail - your spelling, grammar, punctuation will be on display.

  • A thorough and professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines

  • Coordinate content via phone, chat, and email with our customers

  • Must use a logical, step-by-step approach to completing tasks

  • Proofreading content and testing websites functionality 

  • Checking internal design standards are met

  • Interlinking treatment content

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, but preferably development, design, writing, or marketing

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent professional experience

  • Interpersonal skills (strong verbal and written communication)

  • Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good time management skills

  • Detail oriented
