Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the marketing and branding efforts of our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality print and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines and creative direction. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of production processes, and the ability to interpret briefs effectively.
What You’ll Do:
Design a wide range of print collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, display stands, and more.
Create digital marketing assets including UI/UX layouts, web banners (various sizes), and digital screen designs.
Interpret creative briefs and apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials.
Prepare and export files for digital and print production (PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG).
Execute packaging of final files, including links, fonts, and working files upon request.
Create and develop cohesive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, font systems, and brand guidelines.
Work with existing design files and create new files from scratch as needed.
Understand and apply Australian standard sizing formats (DL, A5, A4, A0, etc.).
Demonstrate a strong grasp of RGB vs CMYK usage and applications.
Collaborate on campaign themes and visual storytelling.
Provide clear design rationale and address feedback or revision notes.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint
Familiar with Google Drive (file organization and uploads)
Familiar with Monday.com or other job/task boards
