Position Description:

Position Title:  Virtual Assistant

Classification:  Assistant

Salary Grade:  P25,000 - P35,000 Peso / month

Reports To:  Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships:  Client Team

Date(s):  January 2021




Infinity Energy Organisation was created in 2012 out of a passion for energy saving and sustainable solutions. You will collaborate directly with the owner of the company and their internal staff.  Excellent English communication skills will be necessary for this role.


As a Virtual Assistant, you will be required to operate in a number of different capacities. You will manage mostly personal and business-related tasks for your client such as emailing, following up, calendar management, and things of this nature. All around, you will need to be dynamic and flexible. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.

Main Roles:

  • Handle administrative and marketing tasks

  • Social media management

  • Database and CRM management



  • Must feel comfortable working UK business hours (Midshift)



  • Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance (of course, you will be trained and you will learn the style of your client before you're moved to independent mode!)
  • Display professional communication via phone, text, and email

  • Organize and scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Task and project management

  • Administrative tasks



  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as an Virtual or Executive Assistant

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work independently and meticulously

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Able to demonstrate initiative


  • Basic knowledge of Top Producer, MailChip, Real Scot, Homebot, MLS, Canva, or Property Radar are preferred but not required.
