Background:
We are looking for Lead Generation Specialists to join our Real Estate Finance Brokerage Company! You will help to develop leads and appointments for the CEO and Founder. You will contact potential customers to schedule appointments with the client. You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and the client will rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.You will also be expected to generate and manage email marketing campaigns and generate leads through all social media outlets. To do this role properly, you should have amazing English skills, the ability to talk to anyone, and have the skill to be making outbound calls on the phone.

● Lead Generation through Email Marketing and Social Media
● Outbound Calls
● Appointment Setting
● Database Mgmt
● Schedule: Must feel comfortable working US business hours (graveyard shift) 

Responsibilities:
● Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance (of course, you will be trained and you will learn your client’s style before you're moved to independent mode!)
● Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using Social Media in to identify new prospects
● Responsible for qualifying potential prospects
● Responsible for identifying sales opportunities via a variety of cold prospecting techniques
● Display professional communication via phone, text, and email
● Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
● Call new leads derived from lists or other sources
● Must build the sales prospect pipeline using CRM
● Phone management (inbound and outbound)
● Task and project management

Requirements:
● A minimum of 6 months in a BPO setting or equivalent as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate, Lead Generation, Appointment Setter, or Telemarketer
● Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent experience in the BPO Industry
● Basic knowledge of business development or outbound sales
● Experience in Marketing Management is a plus

● Has Real estate mortgage business background (a plus)
● Content Creation using Canva or similar

● Sound business judgment, integrity, and commitment to excellence
● Fast learner who can adapt to change (must know how to figure things out)

● Ability to work independently and meticulously
● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
