Classification:  Associate

Salary Grade:  25000 - 35000 Peso / month

Reports To:  Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships:  Client Team, Account Manager, Customers

Background:

 

We are currently hiring for Inbound Sales Representatives to support our Real Estate campaigns.  You will collaborate directly with the owner of the company and their internal staff.  Excellent English communication skills will be necessary for this role.

As an Inbound / Outbound Sales Representative, it’s your job to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. Your primary tool is usually the telephone, though you also might find new business through email and social media campaigns.  As an inbound sales representative, you may be assisting by gathering information and closing deals as they enter the system.

 

Schedule:

  • Must feel comfortable working US business hours (graveyard shift)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using various sources

  • Call new leads derived from lists and other portals

  • Responsible for qualifying potential prospects as worthy of followup or not

  • Responsible for identifying sales opportunities via variety of cold prospecting techniques

  • Must build the sales prospect pipeline using CRM

  • Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task / work on multiple and simultaneous projects

  • Able to work autonomously

  • Set appointments

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude

  • Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call

  • Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly

  • Sound business judgment, integrity and commitment to excellence

  • Fast learner who can adapt to change (must know how to figure things out)

  • Competitive dialer who also has a team attitude

  • Previous lead generation and sales experience (1 year)

  • Basic knowledge of business development or outbound sales

  • Having an background in Solar or Automotive is preferred, but not required
