Position Details:
Position Title: Social Media Manager
Classification: Associate
Salary Grade: 25,000 - 40,000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager
Primary Relationships: Client Team

Background:
Social Media Manager has many duties and responsibilities. Under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Social Media Manager is responsible for the management of social media content, and content copy for specific projects such as websites, blogs, or other digital media. You will also help design and create print graphics, digital graphics, banner ads, various marketing materials, and website pages.

Essential Duties:
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
Social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram)
Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
Familiarity and/or willingness to be trained on a CRM
Responds to comments, inquiries, or messages

Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance
Utilize correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation for excellent online readability
Researches industry topics using online sources, interviews, and studies
Maintains an active presence on social platforms to keep a broad-reaching network
Identifies powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic to the client website
Track user engagement and analyze how to produce content that drives traffic
Updates website content to stay on top of marketing trends and practices
Collaborates with the project team to create innovative content ideas
Analyzes content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
Edits content produced by other members of the project team
Skills & Qualifications:
BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university in English, journalism, communications, marketing, creative writing, linguistics, or related discipline, or equivalent combination with work experience
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics is helpful but not required
Excellent English language skill including grammar, writing, speaking, and research skills
Knowledge of keyword research using Google AdWord is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software
Good time management and task management skills
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Able to demonstrate initiative
Strong graphic design skills

Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years in social media management or like experience as a social media associate
