Position Title: Video Editor (Quality Assurance)

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The QA Video Editor serves as the final checkpoint before any video content is published or delivered. This person ensures every video meets our established quality standards and aligns with the brands technical, visual, and content guidelines. Using the existing checklists and QA documentation, the QA Video Editor verifies that all edits are complete, accurate, and error-free.
Once fully trained, the QA Video Editor is expected to maintain a zero-error output, ensuring that no preventable issues reach the final viewer.
What Youll Do:
Conduct thorough quality checks on all videos prior to release, following existing QA checklists and standards
Review for accuracy, consistency, and completeness of edits, including transitions, captions, graphics, and audio synchronization
Verify spelling, grammar, and formatting in all on-screen text, lower thirds, and end cards
Check that visual and audio quality (color correction, sound levels, aspect ratios, resolution) meet publishing requirements
Ensure all deliverables are in compliance with brand, style, and platform-specific guidelines
Flag and document any issues, errors, or deviations, and coordinate with editors or producers for correction
Maintain an organized log of QA reviews, feedback, and approved final versions
Continuously uphold the teams quality standards and contribute to refining QA processes when needed
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in video editing or post-production quality control
Strong understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in video, audio, and text
Familiarity with brand and content guidelines and comfort working with checklists or structured QA documentation
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
