Salary Grade: 30,000 - 35,000 Peso / month

Reports To: Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities:

  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process

Qualifications

  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Experience as a transaction coordinator is required for this position

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent experience in the BPO Industry
  • Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (this is a must)
  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
  • Good time management and task management skills
  • Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and meticulously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Able to demonstrate initiative
  • Willing to work weekends or their shift may cover the weekend
