Position Description:


Position Title:  Virtual Assistant

Classification:  Assistant

Salary Grade:  25000 - 30000 Peso / month

Reports To:  Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships:  Client Team

Date(s):  October 2020


Background:

One of our real estate partners in California is looking for a Virtual Assistant.  You will collaborate directly with the owner of the company and their internal staff. Excellent English communication skills will be necessary for this role.

As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will be required to operate in a number of different capacities. You will manage mostly personal and business-related tasks for your client such as inbound and outbound warm/cold calling, emailing, following up, calendar management, and things of this nature. All around, you will need to be dynamic and flexible. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.

Main Roles:

  • Handle administrative and marketing tasks

  • Make warm/cold calls on behalf of your client through their database (60% of the daily workload)
  • Social media management

  • Database and CRM management

  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads or managing a Linkedin profile

Schedule:

  • Must feel comfortable working US business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance (of course, you will be trained and you will learn the style of your client before you're moved to independent mode!)
  • Display professional communication via phone, text, and email

  • Organize and scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Phone management (inbound and outbound)

  • Task and project management

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as an Virtual or Executive Assistant
  • Bachelors Degree in any field
  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work independently and meticulously

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Able to demonstrate initiative
