Quick Rundown:
The Account Coordinator is primarily responsible for operational support and coordination across APAC–UK accounts, working closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery. This role focuses on aligning internal teams, supporting workforce operations, and maintaining efficient communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing workflows across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the central coordination point between APAC–UK Account Managers to ensure alignment on client needs, priorities, and deliverables
Support day-to-day account operations, ensuring tasks, updates, and action items are tracked and executed efficiently
Maintain clear and consistent communication across stakeholders to support account success
Assist Account Managers in handling small to medium-sized accounts by addressing inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups
Participate in client meetings when needed to support communication and documentation of key action items
Monitor attendance, track performance, and support Account Managers in maintaining team productivity and morale
Conduct basic evaluations, escalate concerns when necessary, and recommend improvements for service delivery
Organize engagement activities across assigned teams to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
Work closely with recruitment teams to support staffing requirements, including new roles and replacements
Track hiring progress and ensure timely updates are communicated to Account Managers and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2-3 years of experience in operations, account coordination, or client services (BPO/shared services preferred)
Strong understanding of operational workflows
Experience working with APAC and UK stakeholders; familiarity with US territories within this region is an advantage
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
