Position Title: Administration Officer

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team and support our Australia-based Administration Manager. The role involves handling electronic filing, invoicing, reports, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working under the supervision of our administration manager based in Australia

  • Managing electronic filing, invoicing, compiling completed jobs, and issuing documents for electronic signing

  • Forwarding correspondence to associate clients

  • Collating reports

  • Performing other general ad hoc tasks to support our administration team in Australia


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years’ experience minimum with an Australian, UK, US or New Zealand BPO

  • Graduate of any Business-related course (non-graduates may also be considered if they have relevant administration experience in a similar BPO role)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs

  • Experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage

  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills

  • Eye for detail
