Quick Rundown:
We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team and support our Australia-based Administration Manager. The role involves handling electronic filing, invoicing, reports, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do:
Working under the supervision of our administration manager based in Australia
Managing electronic filing, invoicing, compiling completed jobs, and issuing documents for electronic signing
Forwarding correspondence to associate clients
Collating reports
Performing other general ad hoc tasks to support our administration team in Australia
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years’ experience minimum with an Australian, UK, US or New Zealand BPO
Graduate of any Business-related course (non-graduates may also be considered if they have relevant administration experience in a similar BPO role)
Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
Experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage
Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
Eye for detail
