Position Title:  Outbound Sales Representative

Classification:  Associate

Salary Grade:  20000 - 25000 Peso / month

Reports To:  Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships:  Client Team

Date(s):  December 2020 - January 2021

Scope and Purpose:

As a Outbound Sales Representative, it’s your job to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding
potential customers. Your primary tool is usually the telephone, though you also might find new business through email and social media campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using LinkedIn to identify new prospects
● Call new leads derived from lists and other source
● Responsible for qualifying potential prospects as worthy of followup or not
● Responsible for identifying sales opportunities via variety of cold prospecting techniques
● Must build the sales prospect pipeline using CRM
● Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task / work on multiple and simultaneous projects
● Able to work autonomously
● Set appointments for Business Development Sales Manager or Director of Business Development for program
discussion and ultimate goal of closing qualified leads

● Previous lead generation and sales experience (1 year)
