What You'll Earn

• Training Pay: $650/week (typically 4–6 weeks)
• After Training: $1,000–$1,400+ weekly
• Mileage Pay: $0.43 – $0.51 CPM
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop after upgrade
• Weekly direct deposit

Freight & Equipment

• No-touch dry van freight
• Mix of drop & hook and live loads
• Running freight across all 48 states
• Automatic trucks assigned after training

Schedule

• Out 12–14 days at a time
• 34-hour reset at home
• Nationwide routes after training
• Based out of Charlotte, NC (28202 and surrounding areas)

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Open to recent CDL school graduates
• Must be able to stay out 2 weeks at a time
• Must live near Charlotte, NC
• Dependable and safety-focused
