• Training Pay: $650/week for 4 - 6 weeks with a mentor
• After Upgrade: $1,000 $1,400/week, depending on account
• First-Year Earnings: $50,000+
• Home Time: Every 2 to 3 weeks (some lanes home weekly)
• Freight: Mostly no-touch dry van live load/unload, preload, drop & hook
• Equipment: 2022 - 2025 tractors with modern safety/comfort features
