Were hiring regional CDL-A drivers for a Northeast multi-stop refrigerated fleet based in Blandon, PA (19510). Youll haul temperature-controlled freight throughout the Eastern Mid-Atlantic and Northeast with consistent routes, night driving, and weekly 34-hour reset home time.

Position Details:

• Average Weekly Pay $1400-1600
• Freight Lanes: Outbound from Blandon, PA into OH, KY, VA, NY, CT, MA & ME
• 23 loads per week, 78 stops per load, ~1,940 miles weekly average
• All no-touch freight, with occasional driver unload/driver assist
• Some overnight driving is required
• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (not home daily; reset days can vary with freight)
• High on-time performance expectation (target 99.5%+ service)

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with 3 months solo tractor-trailer experience
• Meet standard DOT and company hiring criteria
• Reefer experience preferred (multi-stop reefer background is a plus)
• Must be able to commute to Blandon, PA tractors stay at the facility and are not taken home
• Must live within 50 miles of Blandon, PA (19510)
