Position Overview

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional driving position operating throughout the Northeast, with hiring focused on drivers living within a 40-minute commute of Newburgh, NY.

This is a stable, year-round opportunity offering consistent miles, no-touch freight, structured pay, and predictable schedules. Drivers will operate on dedicated lanes with drop-and-hook freight and assigned equipment.

Pay & Compensation

• Regional mileage pay: $0.60 CPM
• Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,700
• Estimated annual earnings: $78,000+ (W-2; not guaranteed)
• Based on approximately 2,500 miles per week
• Stop pay: $6 per stop
• Drop & hook pay: $6 per event
• Detention pay: $17.50 per hour after 1 hour
• Breakdown pay: $17.50 immediately
• Short haul pay (0–50 RT miles): $15
• Medium short haul pay (51–100 RT miles): $20
• Voluntary 6th day premium: $100
• Rotation premium: $50

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 + year Verifiable tractor-trailer experience required
• Must meet DOT physical and safety requirements
• Must live within a 40-minute commute of Newburgh, NY (ZIP 12550)
