Our client is looking to add a Project Manager with experience building schools and projects over $20M in budget. The successful candidate is a self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills, is extremely organized, detail-oriented, has a positive attitude and a vast knowledge of construction and trades.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with clients, sub-contractors, and colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Specifically, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Project plan development
  • Contract administration
  • Project execution
  • Issue resolution
  • Risk identification
  • Analysis and planning
  • Control management of changes, budgets, and schedules
  • Project estimation
  • Coordinating sub-trades and suppliers
  • Business Development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five (5) years of Construction Industry Project Management
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Knowledge of Canadian Building Code
  • Knowledge of Interior Fit-up, Retail and Restaurants projects.
  • Excellent time management and computer skills.
  • Ability to motivate and think outside the box when needed
  • Willingness to adapt to new concepts
  • Ability to recognize issues as challenges
  • Strong verbal, written, and organization skills

Job Type:

Full-time

Salary:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

Experience:

  • Project Management: Minimum 4 years

Work Location:

On site.
