• Have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (bonus points for travel, sales, or B2C hospitality experience!).
• Are flexible and open to working evenings and weekends, while also appreciate the option to balance work with your personal life during regular hours.
• Have a patient, enthusiastic attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Want to be part of a cool, forward-thinking brand that's making waves in the travel industry.
• Speak Romanian at a native level and have a good command of English (for communication with our international team and cruise partners).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and processing bookings with ease and efficiency.
• Turning inquiries into happy, loyal customers who will come back for more.
• Engaging with customers through phone calls, emails, and chat, offering personalised assistance and booking recommendations.
• Ensuring that all booking details are accurately stored and easy to access in our state-of-the-art system.
• Maintaining a customer satisfaction score above 4.9 by providing exceptional service.
• Upselling services and encouraging repeat bookings to contribute to our growth and your commission!
