Scaffolder

Position: Scaffolder (Non-Senior)

Location: GCC Region (e.g., UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures per site requirements

• Follow scaffold drawings and layout instructions

• Ensure scaffold stability, anchorage, and proper tagging before use

• Adhere to strict safety protocols and permit-to-work systems

• Use appropriate PPE and fall protection at all times

• Cooperate with supervisors and multi-trade teams

• Report hazards, defects, or unsafe conditions immediately

Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years of scaffolding experience in industrial or oil & gas projects

• Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS, TUV, or equivalent)

• Basic education (high school or equivalent)

• Trained in working at heights, fall protection, and scaffold safety

• Physically fit, able to work at heights and in hot outdoor environments

• Ability to read basic drawings and communicate in English

• Willing to work in compliance with ADNOC, Aramco, or similar standards

Preferred:

• GCC experience on major projects (e.g., ADNOC, Aramco)

• BOSIET or offshore safety training (if offshore work is expected)

• Familiarity with modular scaffolding systems (cup-lock, ring-lock, etc.)

• Scaffold inspection knowledge is a plus
