Foreman - Loading

Job Description : Description of activities and key responsibilities of the function

• Making sure that PTW is valid and risk assessment /lifting method are available.

• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.

• Make sure equipment’s are certified and safe to use.

• Documentation of shifting, offloading, loading and follow stocking procedure.

• Make sure the work is going on as per department procedure.

• Comply with HSE requirements communicated in HSE induction

• Attend Group Safety Meeting, Tool Box meetings and be familiar with the HSE requirements to follow while performing any activities

• Report unsafe acts and conditions to your supervisor

• Do not carry out any task if you are not trained or authorized to do

• Ensure your competent and skill based certificates are valid and communicate with supervisor if getting expired

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or Equivalent experience

• Certification in lifting/ Rigger

Relevant experience

• Able to deal with different cultural background.

• Show respect, flexibility and loyalty toward colleagues, supervisors throughout the organization.

• Able to adequately solve problems or disputes with his group.

Function specific experience

• 5 years

Industry related experience

• 3 years in Construction work or Precast/Cargo.

Total Years of experience

• 5 years minimum.

Others

Language skills

• Required: English

IT skills

• MS Office (An advantage)
