About the Role:
We are a UAE-based company looking for a remote Regulatory Affairs & Executive Assistant to support our regulatory operations and provide direct assistance to senior management. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates interested in compliance, medical trade, and executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Support:
- Assist in document preparation, formatting, and submission for regulatory applications.
- Organize and track files related to site and product registrations.
- Communicate with stakeholders (clients and international manufacturers) and follow up on pending regulatory requirements.
Executive Assistance:

Manage schedules, calls, and communications for Partner.

Draft simple reports, meeting notes, and summaries.
- Support operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Comfortable using cloud-based tools and document editors

Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

Bachelors degree (Pharmacy)
Tech Savvy
