Job Overview:
We are working to help college students aspiring for IT/Management careers to get job ready in time by engaging them in professional development activities. This is a not-for-profit initiative to take forward the cause to eradicate unemployability amongst the Indian youth.
We are looking for undergraduate students who enjoy helping/solving problems for people and can initiate conversations to work with us as 'IAC - Campus Ambassadors'. They are tech-savvy and possess skills like creating strategies for various purposes and leading a team to achieve a common goal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of Industry Academia Community (IAC) and its features that CCPL wants to spread a word about
- Building a network of students and teachers in their college using offline and online strategies
- Collecting feedback from students and other focus groups to improve marketing strategies
- Ideating and executing engaging campaigns in their college and/or other colleges in their city using social media
- Educating the college community about the benefits of IAC offered by CCPL
- Publicising information by displaying posters on notice boards and sharing them online
- Organising varied events like seminars and workshops for interaction between industry experts and student community
- Becoming the primary point of contact between CCPL and student community
- Encouraging the students to take part in events that aim to promote IAC features
- Developing campus-specific outreach programmes and campaigns to increase participation
- Addressing the queries of students regarding the events and other features
- Liaising with the CCPL team to discuss project reports and outcomes
- Analysing marketing activity reports and key performance indicators for future improvements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Undergraduate student in IT/ Computer Science / Electronics and Telecommunication courses
- Outgoing personality and influencer
- Tech-savvy
Preferred Requirements:
- Volunteering experience in the past
- Members of student bodies
