As a Business Development Head, you oversee the entire business development function within your organization. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their goals.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
  4. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other companies, organizations, or stakeholders to enhance the company's product offerings, distribution channels, or market reach.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver value-added solutions and foster long-term partnerships.
  6. New Business Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new clients, customers, or contracts through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  7. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, pricing strategies, and sales techniques, ensuring the profitability of new business ventures.

Requirements:

  •  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA                   preferred)
  •  2. Should have 4+ years in business development, sales, or strategic                 leadership roles, with proven success in driving growth
  •  3. Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and financial acumen, with               proficiency in CRM and analytics tools
  •  4. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving           abilities with a visionary mindset
  • 5. Willingness to travel, knowledge of global markets, and adaptability in         dynamic environments.
