As a Co-Founder CFO at Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. (~𝟮,𝟱𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 on LinkedIn), you will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy, secure funding, and drive investments to propel our growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth trajectory of the company. You will collaborate closely with fellow Co-Founders and team members to drive innovation, build a strong company culture, and achieve our mission of "Helping millions of students/freshers/professionals PAN India and globally, to get them Job-Ready In-Time through our Industry Academia Community (IAC)"

Idea is to not see them as our customers but our future workforce of a million+ people, that we can take into the IT industry to capture 1% of then $500 Bn industry by 2030, in turn to making us a $5 Bn company in the next 5 years.

To expedite the process of achieving our vision to build a workforce of million+ people, to deliver IT & Mgmt. projects globally, we have initiated 'IAC 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬'.

As we continue to expand and scale, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Co-Founder CFO to join our leadership team.

'IAC 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬 is a series of events to bring 𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝗳 Jobs, Internships 𝗮𝗻𝗱 Entrepreneurship 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 under one roof for Youth Empowerment of 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗠𝗡+ students, freshers, professionals and 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 entrepreneurs across India and abroad through both 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CFO

Strategic Financial Leadership: 

Partner with the founding team to develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with our long-term vision. Provide leadership in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the business

Fundraising & Investor Relations: 

Lead efforts to secure funding from investors, including venture capital, angel investors, and other strategic partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, and regularly update them on financial performance and strategic progress

Financial Operations & Management: 

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting. Ensure effective cash flow management, compliance with regulations, and timely financial audits

Growth & Scalability: 

Work closely with the Founders and leadership team to scale the business, evaluating new markets, strategic investments, and opportunities for sustainable growth. Ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently to achieve high-impact initiatives

Profitability & Risk Management: 

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the company's performance. Implement effective risk management strategies, managing liquidity, credit, and operational risks to protect the company's assets

Strategic Partnerships & Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): 

Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and acquisitions that align with the company's long-term goals, including expanding the ecosystem for students, professionals, and companies

Financial Governance & Compliance: 

Develop and enforce financial governance policies to ensure ethical and compliant financial operations. Work with legal teams to ensure adherence to all relevant local, national, and international financial regulations

Leadership & Team Management: 

Build, mentor, and lead a strong finance team. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, promoting transparency and accountability across all financial functions

Funding Strategy for Social Enterprise Impact: 

Work on developing financial models and funding strategies for Cloud Counselage's initiatives such as 'Dolphin Tank' to help aspiring entrepreneurs, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that aligns with the company's social goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum investment of INR 18 Lakhs in Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd.
• Proven experience in finance, in a senior leadership role (preferably as a CFO) in a high-growth startup or social enterprise
• Deep understanding of both financial strategy and business operations. Experience in scaling a startup, raising capital, and managing financial resources for fast-growing organizations
• Proven track record of successfully raising funds from investors, managing relationships, and reporting on financial performance. Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights
• Strong background in financial management, including budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, cash flow management, and M&A
• Knowledge and experience working with financial technology and software tools. Experience in managing finances for businesses in the IT, education, or social enterprise sectors is a plus
• Passion for empowering young professionals and addressing unemployability, with a strong desire to drive change at scale
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable

Co-Founder Investment & Commitment
Minimum investment of INR 18 Lakhs from the Co-Founder is sought to ensure ownership-level commitment and long-term alignment with the company's vision and social mission. We are building a core founding team from the ground up, comprising Co-Founders who deeply believe in the vision and resonate with the social cause we are committed to.

Post institutional funding, each Co-Founder will be expected to build and lead their respective verticals top-down, scaling teams of at least 10,000 professionals over the next three years through our Industry Academia Community (IAC), PAN India and globally.


COMPENSATION:
As per Indian startup (valuation/stage market benchmarks). Deferred compensation structure during probation.
