Looking for a Sales Associate, with at least 2-3 years of Luxury Sales/Retail/Real Estate experience, who is having Master's degree in Management.
They are someone who can take ownership of leads, manage HNIs and know about B2B activities and excellent in communication. They should be high performers, problem solvers, target oriented, eager to learn who take ownership of their roles in the organization.
They are someone who stays in Mumbai, currently serving notice period or willing to join within 30 days.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a continuous lead funnel
- Generate and close leads through B2B activities
- Build enduring relationships with B2B partners like Architects/Interior Designers
- Take ownership of leads- from the first touch point to closure
- Manage high end luxury sales, source potential leads (HNIs & their references) and follow them till closure
- Track and review actual sales results, weigh them against the set business targets
- Continuously acquire & update understanding of industry dynamics & consumer buying behaviour
- Analyse periodic reports to understand market trends
- Liaison with functions like operations and logistics in order to ensure client satisfaction

Job Location: Kanjurmarg, WFO 6 days/week
