Job Overview:
Looking for HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for us and our partner organisations from understanding requirements to sourcing and evaluating. You may also be required to onboard suitable candidates. This role demands strong relationship management, communication, and coordination skills to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination & Requirement Understanding
- Liaise with client representatives to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
- Clarify role expectations, timelines, and reporting structures for each position.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to update on hiring progress.
2. Talent Sourcing & Outreach
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and manage a strong external talent pipeline for client roles across various industries.
- Approach passive candidates and engage them through effective outreach strategies.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates fit for client requirements.
- Validate candidate credentials, experience, and salary expectations before client submission.
- Present shortlisted profiles to clients with structured summaries and recommendations.
4. Interview Management & Client Coordination
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
- Gather feedback from clients and share timely updates with candidates.
- Support clients in final selection, offer negotiation, and closing processes.
5. Offer & Onboarding Support
- Facilitate offer rollouts in coordination with clients and ensure timely acceptance.
- Support pre-joining and onboarding formalities as per client policies.
- Ensure candidate handover to client HR teams with all necessary documentation.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of all client requirements, candidate pipelines, and hiring status.
- Share weekly/monthly recruitment status reports with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Track metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time), conversion rates, and hiring success ratios.
7. Relationship Management & Process Improvement
- Build long-term partnerships with client HR and business teams.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Support employer branding efforts on behalf of clients, when required
- Proven experience in client-based recruitment or staffing.
- Strong understanding of various domains and functional hiring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency with job boards, sourcing tools, and recruitment databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in consulting or staffing firms.
- Experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
Qualities:
- Someone who enjoys talking to people and scanning through CVs all day
- Strong communication, , negotiation skills and efficient in stakeholder management
- Attention to detail
- Able to handle ad hoc work without interpersonal stress
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hard core recruiting experience in IT (50%) as well as non-IT (50%) roles
- Strong communication skills
