Job Overview:

Looking for a candidate with 4 - 5 years of experience in Sales. They should be enthusiastic, energetic, high-performing Sales Manager who have excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

They are someone who are currently living in Mumbai/ Nashik and can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achievement of annual and quarterly targets for Sales & Collection set by the Organization.
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with all the Hospitals team, Co- Workers (Operation Team and Call Centre Team) and Patients and vendors. Will work as a SPOC of the organization.
  • Candidates need to generate profitable revenue through the associated hospital.
  • Expected to Design and execute channel sales through the promotional activities and activations in the community & various marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Candidates will work as responsible for the attached Ambulances.
  • Shall ensure on the daily basis vehicles are adequately equipped with the medicine, the equipment and the required licences and the certifications.
  • Shall motivate and train the team for professional behaviour dealing with Hospitals.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor's strategies and accordingly develop plans to increase revenue and brand awareness.
  • Candidates needs to be go-getter with a hunger for sales

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
  • An experience of driving business and motivating the channel partners
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with co-workers, clients, members, providers and customers

Desired Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Expertise in people management, change management, team building, Setting up processes, strategic planning and result orientation

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working as a sales manager in the healthcare domain. (will be an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in Local language, English, Marathi and Hindi
  • Bachelor ( 2+3 )

What's for the Candidate:

20-40% hike

Job Location: Mumbai & Nashik

He/She will report directly to the Chief Business Officer.
