KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and coordination among administrative tasks and maintaining a well-organized workplace.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting professional development.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures to promote productivity and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Budgeting and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the office budget, control expenses, and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Facilities and Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage office leases, and oversee facility maintenance to support a comfortable and safe work environment.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events, team meetings, and training sessions, managing logistics and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling confidential information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role, with supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
