The Digital Community Coordinator will be responsible for managing and growing our online communities across various platforms. This role involves engaging with community members, creating and curating content, and implementing strategies to enhance community interaction and satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members through social media, forums, and other digital platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering discussions
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content tailored to the interests and needs of the community, including articles, videos, and social media posts
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute online events, webinars, and community activities to drive engagement and connection among members
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community metrics and analyze engagement data to assess the effectiveness of community strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align community efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze feedback from community members to inform product development and improve community experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in a tech or consumer-focused environment
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for creating engaging content and fostering relationships
  • Familiarity with community management tools and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Reddit)
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure engagement and community growth
