Job Overview:

The MEAN Stack Manager will lead a team of developers in creating and maintaining high-performance web applications using the MEAN stack. You will oversee project timelines, ensure code quality, and collaborate with other departments to align development with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of developers working on MEAN stack projects.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Ensure high-quality code through regular reviews and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Handle performance optimization, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in MEAN stack development.
• Proven experience managing a team of developers.
• In-depth understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
• Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB) and API integrations.
• Experience in project management and leading full software development lifecycles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
