Job Overview:
The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our software applications, ensuring high levels of performance and user satisfaction. This role involves working closely with development teams, end-users, and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage large amount of incoming call and should identify & asses customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- To perform a thorough review of closed support cases on a weekly basis to measure process compliance
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt /respond to different types of customers.
- Ability to recognize ineffective customer service interaction, identify gaps in quality of service and drive initiatives to improve service quality.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet competing deadlines
Requirements:
- Should be flexible to work on variable working hours when required.
- Should know Hindi to speak fluently other than English & Tamil.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
