About the job Utility (Day Shift and Night Shift)
Job Description:
Position: Utility
The Utility personnel will be responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing supplies and ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and Storing: Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality, and properly store items according to guidelines.
Inventory Tracking: Regularly track and update inventory levels using inventory management software or systems, ensuring real-time accuracy.
Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of supplies and ingredients within the kitchen, ensuring that all stations have what they need.
Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food items.
Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to understand their needs and support them as needed.
Others deemed necessary in fulfillment of achieving Central Operations KPI
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in inventory management is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Utility worker, preferably in a Warehouse setting
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety and storage regulations.
Amenable to working in Pasig, City
Amenable to work either in day shift (AM) or night shift (PM)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Ability to stand for extended periods
