Architect

Responsibilities

• Monitor the design and implementation of projects
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
• Develop and present design proposals, including detailed plans, 3D models, and renderings
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and status of projects
• Conduct regular field work to ensure that construction aligns with the approved designs and specifications
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and execution stages of the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Proficient in using AutoCAD or other relevant architectural software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Amenable to work onsite daily at BGC, Taguig and perform field work as needed
