Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Utilize various learning methods, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee development and growth.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting and performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Create and implement career development plans to support employees in achieving their professional goals.
  • Collaborate with employees to identify potential career paths and provide resources for skill enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Work closely with with Labor Relations team im overseeing end to end processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in labor relations, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
