About the job Multimedia Content Producer
OVERVIEW:
This role is responsible for supporting the growth of CloudEats brands through social media and content creation, especially via photo and video. S/he is in charge of executing varied types of high-quality media for the different target audiences of focus brands, that will ultimately lead these audiences to convert. S/he will work closely with the Creative & Digital Content Marketing Manager on the execution of visual touchpoints and digital campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the growth of CloudEats brands through multimedia content
- Translate communication efforts into visually stunning graphics, photos, and videos, aligned with our brand guidelines and quality standards. This includes static & dynamic graphics, lifestyle photo assets, and short-form video to be used for Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
- Implement the content strategy set by the Creative & Digital Content Marketing Manager and translate strategy into usable content including conceptualization, trend research for high-performing formats, script/copy editing, and pre- & post-production (photography, filming, editing, etc) in a timely manner
- Champion the growth of traffic and users on the brands online assets through photos and videos, staying up-to-date with the latest trends/best practices on social media (specifically for the food industry) and apply them to content execution for CloudEats brands
- Report on content performance and present insights and best practices to the Creative & Digital Content Marketing Manager, working closely with them to improve and adapt the content strategy
- Assist in managing external content creators and quality assurance of their work as needed
SKILLS:
- Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, and proficient in usage of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc)
- Thorough understanding of social media platform algorithms and best practices, and working knowledge of video distribution and analytics in a fast-paced and ever-evolving content environment
- Proficiency or demonstrated experience with design fundamentals (typography, branding, and the like)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks and can work independently in a cross-functional team environment - organized, dependable, detail-oriented and strong time management skills
- Can present a digital work portfolio that showcases a background in multimedia design and/or content production
EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in content creation, multimedia design, or similar fields
