MAIN SCOPE: 

  • Driving availability of products for sale through the proper receiving and organization of goods in the warehouse
  • Assist in the transfer of food and beverages to the kitchens while ensuring compliance with food quality and safety to provide quality internal customer service
  • Administration work for the Operations department with a special focus on recording all inventory movement into the prescribed systems



OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination with the Kitchen and Commissary staff on the schedule of transfers/deliveries
  • Ensure warehouse and kitchen storage cleanliness, correct storage, and handling of inventory by suppliers and internal staff
  • Monitoring availability of inventory in warehouse and commissary, ensuring on-time advice to supervisors/managers for replenishment of items from suppliers
  • Must be aware of the guidelines and principles of food safety and sanitation; frequently review and assess all mart procedures to ensure employees maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all colleagues strictly follow the guidelines of CQSMA (cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere)
  • Other operational-related tasks as deemed by management

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Improvement of Quality indicators in the central warehouse
    • Improvement in Weekly Audit scores
    • Improvement in Completeness of Inventory
  • Improvement in Data provision to other departments (Operations, Purchasing, and Finance) through accurate inventory counts daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Improvement in Availability of Kitchens through timeliness in the assembly of transfers
  • Contribution to Company sales and transaction growth through the improvement of the metrics above

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least a High School graduate (with a diploma) or vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule (shift every Monday: 5 AM or 1 AM), 6-day workweek
  • Preferably with motorcycle
