Overview:

The Creative Manager is responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of CloudEats’ brands. This role will lead the development and production of high-quality, engaging content that communicates the unique identity of each brand. The ideal candidate is a strong, creative storyteller with a strategic mindset, excellent taste, and a passion for food, design, and visual communication.

Main Duties:

Lead Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Translate brand objectives into compelling creative concepts, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.
  • Create detailed content plans and calendars in alignment with marketing and brand objectives.

Content Creation & Art Direction

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of creative production from concept to final execution for campaigns, photoshoots, packaging, store branding, and other visual assets.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and food stylists to ensure high-quality output.
  • Lead photoshoots for hero dishes and new brands, including art direction and budget management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with brand, marketing, and operations teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
  • Partner with external creatives and agencies as needed for special campaigns and launches.
  • Support internal teams with creative needs for events, store visuals, or other branded experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.

  • Experienced in art direction and content production (photo, video, design).

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

  • Open to feedback, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Eager to learn, curious, and driven by a passion for branding and design.

Experience:

Ideally, 7 - 10 years of experience in creative direction, content production, visual design, or related fields. Experience in the food and beverage or consumer brand space is a plus.
