Overview:
The Creative Manager is responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of CloudEats’ brands. This role will lead the development and production of high-quality, engaging content that communicates the unique identity of each brand. The ideal candidate is a strong, creative storyteller with a strategic mindset, excellent taste, and a passion for food, design, and visual communication.
Main Duties:
Lead Creative Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling and visual identity across all platforms.
- Translate brand objectives into compelling creative concepts, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.
- Create detailed content plans and calendars in alignment with marketing and brand objectives.
Content Creation & Art Direction
- Oversee and direct all aspects of creative production from concept to final execution for campaigns, photoshoots, packaging, store branding, and other visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and food stylists to ensure high-quality output.
- Lead photoshoots for hero dishes and new brands, including art direction and budget management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with brand, marketing, and operations teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
- Partner with external creatives and agencies as needed for special campaigns and launches.
- Support internal teams with creative needs for events, store visuals, or other branded experiences.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
Experienced in art direction and content production (photo, video, design).
Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
Open to feedback, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Eager to learn, curious, and driven by a passion for branding and design.
Experience:
Ideally, 7 - 10 years of experience in creative direction, content production, visual design, or related fields. Experience in the food and beverage or consumer brand space is a plus.
