UI/UX Design Intern - Leading to Permanent Job

At Clustox, we build meaningful digital products with integrity and ownership. As a UI/UX Intern, you will design real world interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD, contribute to our design system, and grow with our team.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile application

• Work with Figma design components and maintain consistency across design files.

• Assist in defining user flows and applying UX principles to improve usability.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to refine the user experience.

• Help maintain and update design systems and reusable components.

• Support user research activities and contribute insights to improve UI/UX.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback and continuously improve quality.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including working with components; familiarity with Adobe XD is a plus.
• A portfolio link attached with the CV (academic, personal, or freelance projects accepted).

• Basic understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping

• A growth mindset and willingness to take feedback and improve.
• Design background in UI/UX, graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.

• Prior internship or freelance experience in UI/UX is a plus.
