Job Title: Social Media Marketing Expert / Media Buyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Expert / Media Buyer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing various social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.

  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right audience with tailored messaging and creatives.

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and digital marketing.

  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing and digital advertising, with a focus on PPC advertising.

  • Proven track record of managing successful social media advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.

  • In-depth understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
