About the job Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a Sales Engineering Coordinator to support our sales and pre-sales function by managing inbound pre-sales inquiries, coordinating between Sales, Pre-Sales Engineers, Business Development, and the CTO, and ensuring timely and well-organized responses to prospects.
This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary coordinator for pre-sales inquiries, ensuring requests are logged, tracked, and assigned to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Coordinate between Sales, Pre-Sales Engineers, Director of Business Development, and CTO to facilitate smooth pre-sales workflows.
- Schedule and manage pre-sales calls, demos, discovery sessions, and technical discussions.
- Prepare and organize pre-sales documentation, including agendas, call summaries, proposals, and supporting materials.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external prospects to ensure clear communication and follow-ups.
- Track proposal progress, approvals, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist in preparing presentations, solution overviews, and client-ready materials.
- Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, communications, and documentation in CRM or internal systems.
- Screen and prioritize incoming pre-sales emails and requests, escalating when necessary.
- Support leadership with research and data required for pre-sales solutions and client discussions.
- Handle sensitive commercial and technical information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding high-level software/technology concepts.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the software or technology services industry is a strong plus
